Focus on gentle, pain-free movements\u2014there&#8217;s no need to strain or push to the end range. Gentleness and consistency will gradually increase your mobility over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I use a variety of movements from different modalities, including Tai Chi, Yoga, dynamic warmups, Rope Flow, and more. Many of these movements involve circular or figure-eight patterns. Here\u2019s a list of the exercises I practice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tai Chi arm swings with knee bends<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arm crosses and circles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single and double arm swings (forward and backward)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Swinging arm rotations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hip circles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hip figure 8s<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hip side bends<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knee circles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ankle circles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forward bends<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Squats with one foot pointed left\/right<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wide stance squats<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Narrow stance squats<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard squats<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cossack squats<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This might seem like a lot, but it only takes a few minutes once you get into a rhythm.
